Candidates input details about the role and company they worked in. Adding context helps the referee focus their feedback on relevant achievements rather than giving generic praise.

Invite the referee

Candidates send a secure, tokenized invitation link directly to their referee. No account creation is required for the referee to start writing or recording.

Record the vouch

Referees answer a structured set of questions. They can type their responses, record spoken answers (up to 10 minutes total), or do both. Spoken tone preserves credibility that text summaries lose.

Claim and share on demand

The completed vouch travels directly to VouchMe. Candidates create a free account to claim it to their private history and share access codes with future recruiters on demand.
